Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
The top ride in Walt Disney World right now is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This thrilling ride, shouldn’t be missed. Choose between getting a virtual queue or purchasing an Individual Lighting Lane (or both) to experience the fun.
This indoor coaster is the first of its kind. With the reverse launch and ride vehicles that rotate 360 degrees, Guests are constantly in action. Be ready to laugh and scream as you help the Guardians.
Remy’s Ratatouille Advdenture
Another fun ride that Guests will enjoy is Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Found back in the France Pavilion, this family-friendly ride is full of fun and amazement. Even adults will find joy in being shrunk down to the size of Remy as they race through the kitchen, trying not to get caught.
The special effects combined with the trackless ride vehicle make this ride fantastic. However, it isn’t thrilling like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind; Remys’ Ratatouille Adventure is a ride that even adults should try.
Soarin’
For a breathtaking experience that takes you around the world, adults visiting EPCOT should take time to experience Soarin’. This ride simulates hang gliding and takes Guests worldwide to unique locations such as the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of China, and more. Adults will appreciate the beauty of this ride.
Entertainment
When visiting EPCOT, Disney adults will enjoy the variety of entertainment they can enjoy throughout the Park.
Films
There are a few films throughout the Park that are both entertaining and educational. Found in the Land Pavilion, Awesome Planet teaches viewers about our amazing planet with stunning footage.
In the France Pavilion, adults will appreciate Impressions de France. This film shows the romance and beauty of this country. Over in the China Pavilion, Reflections of China is a 12-minute Circle-Vision 360 Film that teaches about this country using new film technology.
Performances
Voices of Liberty perform throughout the day in the tundra of the American Pavilion. This acapella group sings traditional hymns that are touching and so moving.
Another fan favorite that adults will love is Mariachi Cobre. This group performs folk music that is traditional in Jalisco, Mexico.
A lively and fun group is the JAMMitors. This group uses non-traditional items such as garbage cans or kitchen items to make upbeat, exciting music.
Matsuriza allows Guests to experience the thundering sound of Taiko. This ancient form of Japanese drumming can often be heard throughout the Park.
These are just a few fantastic performances that can be enjoyed throughout the World Showcase at EPCOT. Adults will appreciate the live performances and all of the unique music that is performed.
Festivals
If you are visiting EPCOT during your Walt Disney World vacation, there is a good chance that a festival is going on during your visit. Adults will love these festivals as they bring even more drinks and dining options to the Park.
No matter when you visit, these festivals will have additional booths throughout the Park. Guests can choose from small plates and drinks at each of them. Adults will appreciate trying new cruises and beverages at various places without having full meals.
Festivals are fun as well because of the additional entertainment that is provided. At the Festival of the Holidays, Guests can experience the beloved Candlelight Processional. During the Festival of the Arts, Guests can enjoy Disney on Broadway Concert Series. These fantastic performances include Broadway stars singing our favorite Disney songs.
There is so much that comes with these festivals. They genuinely add some extra magic to EPCOT that Guests will enjoy.
Dining Options
Finally, Disney adults will love EPCOT because of all the outstanding dining options available. From signature dining experiences to quick grab-and-go snacks, EPCOT has it all.
The new Connections Eatery has excellent options for Guests looking for something quick to eat. Here you can use mobile ordering to place your food order making it quick and easy to pick up and find somewhere to sit. This is also next door to the Starbucks location for adults who need Starbucks.
For a more upscale dining experience, adults can look at eating at Space 220, Le Cellier, or even San Angel Inn. All of these options provide great meals with a fun atmosphere. All of them have great food, drinks, and atmosphere.
Adults will love all the dining options throughout EPCOT as there is something for everyone. No matter what cuisine you are looking for, EPCOT will have options to meet your needs. For adults that might have picky eaters at home, this is an excellent option when in EPCOT.
