8 Things You Don’t Want to Miss in Walt Disney World This February

February is finally here! Who has a Disney vacation planned for this month?
February is a fantastic time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. The days are typically warm, while the evenings may be cooler. We recommend packing layers in case a cold spell moves through. February is often considered a “quiet before the storm” month, as crowd levels are generally lower, particularly on weekdays, before spring break season begins.
So, what’s happening at Walt Disney World this February? Here’s a look at the events and experiences awaiting Guests this month.
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts
This colorful festival continues at EPCOT through February 24, 2025. Here’s what you won’t want to miss:
- DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series at the America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase. Enjoy live performances from Broadway stars who have starred in Disney stage productions, featuring music from The Lion King, Aladdin, Mary Poppins, and more.
- Food Studios around World Showcase serve up art-inspired cuisine. Sixteen-themed food stands offer unique, limited-time menus.
- Meet talented Disney artists and purchase exclusive artwork. Participating artists include Thomas Kinkade Studios, Larry Dotson, and McCullough Art.

- Animation Academy in the America Gardens Theatre, where you can learn how to draw a Disney character daily at 12:30 p.m.
- Paint by Numbers Mural in the Expression Section, where guests can contribute to a massive mural.
- Chalk Art Creations around World Showcase Plaza featuring stunning visual illusions.
- Figment’s Brush with the Master’s scavenger hunt, where guests search for Figment in classic works of art around EPCOT. Purchase a map at select locations and receive a keepsake upon completion.
- Artful Photo Ops throughout the park, where Disney PhotoPass Cast Members can capture memorable artistic moments.

- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: February 12 and 19.
- EPCOT: February 27.
