2. Fort Wilderness Campgrounds
We put this resort on the list for so many reasons, but from staying at these resort many times, we have seen the spirited sense of community at every campsite. Guests obsess over decorating their campsite with various Disney decorations. Guests will constantly see other guests walking to the pool, going to rent a bike, shopping at any of trading posts, or enjoying the Tri-Circle D Ranch. Guests also obsess over the dining option at Fort Wilderness. The more well-known dining option here is the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue where guests have a homestyle meal and are treated to a phenomenal dinner variety show. However, guests also should being obsessing over any of the meals served up at Trail’s End – a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and an extremely reasonable price. Lastly, there is also Mickey’s Backyard BBQ, a unique character dining buffet! Guests also love the close proximity to the Magic Kingdom accessible by boat!
