Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

One of our favorite places to stay at Walt Disney World is Disney’s, Coronado Springs. We love this Disney Resort for many reasons, but one big reason is the excellent food selection. With the addition of Gran Destino Tower and the new Three Bridges, Guests have various dining options at the Resort.

For quick options, El Mercado de Coronado offers grab-and-go options all day. From Mickey waffles to start your day to great rice bowls to wrap up your evening, El Mercado has a wide variety for Guests to pick from when it comes to meals.

When spending the day at the outstanding Dig Site Pool, grab something to eat at Siestas Cantina, the pool bar. Not only can adults find excellent drinks, but there are great meal options too. Grab the nachos to share, or try the Mojo shrimp tacos. We love having such fantastic food options right at the pool.

There are plenty at Disney’s Coronado Springs for those looking for a sit-down option. Three Bridges is a casual bar and grill that offers outstanding food and fantastic views of the Resort. If you want time back in your room, you can dine in or carry out. Rix Sports Bar & Grill and Maya Grill are two other table service locations that are easy for Guests to enjoy.

Finally, those wanting a unique experience can head up to Toledo- Tapas, Steak & Seafood, the signature restaurant on the top floor of Gran Destino Tower. Guests will enjoy high-end dining with a Spanish twist. Spend an evening here and enjoy the fireworks at EPCOT in the distance.
