Top Breakfast Spots in EPCOT You Shouldn’t Miss

Mornings at EPCOT are truly magical. The park is quieter, and you can enjoy the beauty of the World Showcase without the hustle and bustle of midday crowds. It’s a perfect time to take a leisurely stroll through the pavilions while others focus on rides in World Celebration, World Discovery, and World Nature. Early theme park Entry is the key to experiencing EPCOT’s most popular attractions—Test Track, Frozen Ever After, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and Soarin’ Around the World—with shorter wait times.

Plus, getting ahead of the crowd means you can plan your day around your Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind virtual queue. But with all that early activity, you’re bound to work up an appetite! Luckily, EPCOT offers a variety of delicious breakfast options. Here are the best spots to grab breakfast and start your day off right.

1. Connections Café

Connections Café in World Discovery is your go-to spot if you need a Starbucks fix. This quick-service café opens early, at 8:30 a.m., for Early theme park Entry Guests, so you can grab your morning coffee and a bite to eat before hitting the attractions. The café serves a variety of breakfast sandwiches and pastries, making it a convenient option for those looking to fuel up quickly.

If you’re a fan of the Liege Waffle at Connections Eatery, good news! You can also grab it at the café (minus the toppings). While you’ll have to wait until 11 a.m. to order it with strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce at the eatery, it’s still a tasty option for a simple, early breakfast treat.

A modern, spacious cafeteria with rows of white tables and chairs, reminiscent of the vibrant atmosphere at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. The ceiling features a unique wooden light fixture, while decorative panels and a colorful mural accentuate the bright, inviting space. Perfect for breakfast gatherings.

Pro Tip: If you’re headed to Test Track or Mission: SPACE first thing in the morning, grab your coffee and snack here on the way!

2. Crêpes À Emporter by La Crêperie de Paris

Head to Crêpes À Emporter by La Crêperie de Paris in the France Pavilion for a quick, authentic French breakfast. This charming quick-service spot opens at 9:15 a.m., making it an excellent stop after you’ve experienced Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

You can indulge in savory galettes or sweet crêpes, both inspired by the Brittany region of France. You’ll find it here whether you prefer a more filling option or something sweet. And with its location near the International Gateway, it’s a convenient breakfast option if you’re staying at a nearby Disney Resort.

3. La Crêperie de Paris

If you’re in the mood for a sit-down breakfast, La Crêperie de Paris offers a table-service experience with the same delicious galettes and crêpes as its quick-service counterpart. Opening at 9:15 a.m., this is a great option for a relaxed breakfast.

You can also enjoy a wide selection of beverages, including coffee, tea, and even some alcoholic options for those who want to start the day with a bit of French flair. For $35.95, you can opt for the Prix-Fixe Menu, which includes a savory galette, sweet crêpe, and a beverage. Advance dining reservations are recommended to ensure you get a table during busy times.

4. Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe

No visit to EPCOT is complete without a stop at the Norway Pavilion, especially for fans of Frozen Ever After. After your ride, head over to Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe for some Norwegian specialties. The bakery opens at 8:30 a.m. and offers a range of treats, including the famous School Bread, a Norwegian Kringla, Rice Cream, and Eplekake.

Pair your pastry with a cup of Joffrey’s Coffee or try something unique like the Kristoff Kaffe or Viking Coffee for an added kick. Kringla is the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast and continue your journey through World Showcase.

5. Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie

For an authentic French breakfast experience, visit Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie in the France Pavilion. This bakery opens at 9 a.m. and offers a wide selection of freshly baked baguettes, croissants, and pastries. Whether you’re craving a savory sandwich or a sweet treat like a macaron, there’s something for everyone.

The bakery also serves gourmet coffees, wine, and champagne, making it a fantastic option for breakfast or brunch. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, but we recommend arriving early to avoid long lines—Les Halles is a popular spot with both Disney Guests and Cast Members.

6. Other Breakfast Options in EPCOT

While Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion opens at 9 a.m., we recommend skipping it for breakfast since the menu is more suited to lunch and dinner. However, if you’re looking for a more substantial breakfast outside EPCOT, there are plenty of options within a short walk or Disney Skyliner ride.
