Hey Ladies! Take That Trip to Disney Together

We often look at Walt Disney World as a place just for families. Although Walt Disney’s original idea did focus on creating a place for parents and kids, Walt Disney World has become a vacation destination for all groups.

We are going to focus on the ladies in this post. Consider why you should take that trip with your friends to Walt Disney World!

Grand Floridian

Accommodations

The first reason revolves around the fantastic accommodations you will enjoy at Walt Disney World. There a so many outstanding Resorts to choose from that you are sure to find one that fits everyone’s budget and relaxation goals.

If traveling with a group that needs to stick to a budget, look at Pop Century. This fun Disney Resort offers larger-than-life icons that help create the outgoing feel of the Resort. Pop Century is also located on the Skyliner, making it easy to head to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

For a more upscale experience, consider staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Look at booking a room at the Gran Destino Tower. Here you can enjoy the pricing of a moderate Resort but the feel and comfort of a deluxe. With numerous dining locations and Sangria University, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a top option for a weekend away with friends.

Finally, if the group is looking for pampering and relaxing, consider Disney’s Wilderness Lodge or Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. These two deluxe Resorts offer a relaxing, upscale feel within the Disney bubble. Enjoy the lush grounds, quiet hidden areas, and the great lounges these two Resorts offer.

Dining

Most of us enjoy great meals, but often at home, great meals come with a lot of prep work and cleaning up afterward. Take that trip with friends so you can enjoy a fantastic meal without doing any of the work.

Walt Disney World has numerous Disney Parks and Disney Resorts restaurants perfect for a great, relaxing meal. Like with Disney Resorts, you can go as fancy or casual as you want.

Enjoy a signature meal with amazing views at locations such as California Grill at the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort or Topolino’s at the top of Disney’s Riviera. These two restaurants have it all. With excellent menus, outstanding views, and a great selection of drinks, it is the perfect place to hang out with friends.

For a more casual experience, consider booking meals at Steakhouse 71 or Grand Floridian Cafe. These restaurants also offer excellent menus and a fantastic atmosphere but a more casual experience.

Lounges

Another reason to head to Walt Disney World with your gal pals is all the lounges you can visit. Walt Disney World has so many lounges to choose from that it is hard to pick which ones to visit. The lounges are a great place to enjoy one another while having fantastic drinks and small bites.

For a quiet, elegant experience, we enjoy taking time at Enchanted Rose. Found in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, this Beauty and the Beast-inspired lounge is breathtaking. With multiple seating areas and great drinks, this beautiful lounge is an enchanting option for friends looking to relax together.

If your group is more outgoing, consider heading to Trader Sam’s at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. This entertaining lounge is full of drinks and surprises. It is trendy, so get your name on the list early on. You won’t want to miss this excitement.

There are also lounges found within some of the Disney Parks. Baseline Tap House and Brown Derby Lounge are two of our favorites. With an excellent selection of drinks and food, these two tend to be our go-to in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The Disney lounges are perfect for those gathering and hanging out with friends. They are relaxing and still have Disney magic.

Enjoy taking your time walking through the crystal shop without having to worry about something breaking something.

It is fun to stroll through shops and admire all the unique items. With so many shops throughout Walt Disney World, there is always something to shop for.

Relaxing

Our final reason for heading to Walt Disney World with your friends is that you can relax. This might not be what you think of when it comes to a Walt Disney World vacation, but you can relax at Walt Disney World.

Take time to sit by the pool and read a book. Lay in bed longer in the morning. Make a spa appointment. Walk around the different Resorts and take in the beauty.

Even though you can rush from ride to ride, during a trip with friends, there is something so lovely about being able to relax. You can adjust your plans or cancel them together. Being with friends makes it much easier to slow down and relax during your vacation.

There are many reasons why a trip with friends to Walt Disney World is a must-do experience. There is something truly magical about being in Disney with friends that creates an even stronger bond between one another.
