Don’t Miss Out on These Quick Service Options in Magic Kingdom

Delicious food is a big part of a Walt Disney World vacation.  There are so many options when visiting a theme park that we want to ensure you get the best out there regarding food at Walt Disney World.

If you want to enjoy some quick meals on the go while in the Disney Parks, you will want to make sure you have the My Disney Experience app downloaded so you can place a mobile order.

Considering this, it’s important to plan where you want to eat while on vacation. To help you determine where to eat, we have the top five quick service locations in Magic Kingdom.

Columbia Harbour House- Liberty Square

Columbia Harbour House is an excellent option for lunch and dinner for guests. What makes this location a great choice is the unique options offered.

Columbia Harbour House serves New England-style foods, including fish, shrimp, lobster rolls, clam chowder, and outstanding sides. You can also choose from fresh vegetables or hushpuppies, both of which are filling.

Another fact we love about this dining location is the room for seating. Many Guests aren’t aware of a whole upstairs dining location, making it a slightly quieter area. It also provides some views of Liberty Square.

Columbia Harbour House recently opened, and we are thrilled to have this option back in the Magic Kingdom, as it provides some delicious options within the Magic Kingdom.

Sleepy Hollow- Liberty Square

Near the castle, Sleepy Hollow is an excellent choice for a quick snack, breakfast or lunch.

They have classic Mickey waffles at breakfast that you can load up with powdered sugar or strawberries. The most popular breakfast item is the fresh fruit waffle sandwich. This delicious waffle includes fresh strawberries, bananas, and blueberries with a sweet chocolate hazelnut spread.

For lunch, we highly recommend, and a staple here is the sweet and spicy chicken waffle sandwich. Again on a fresh waffle, a honey-sriracha glazed chicken with a delicious broccoli slaw is added to make a fantastic meal.

This location is extremely popular, so make sure you get your mobile order in quickly if you want to eat there. We find this spot breathtaking, as you can enjoy your meal next to the castle while you watch people come and go throughout the Magic Kingdom. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Casey’s Corner- Main Street, USA

If you are looking for a good hot dog you will want to head to Casey’s Corner. Here, you can find hot dogs, corn dog nuggets, and the classic Disney friends.

This menu isn’t huge, but the food is good, and the kids will love the options. Located right off of Main Street, USA, Casey’s Corner is a perfect spot to enjoy a meal while enjoying a beautiful view of the castle, parade, and cavalcades.

The Friar’s Nook- Fantasyland

Another top choice in the Magic Kingdom is another smaller location offering great and unique options. Found over in Fantasyland, Friar’s Nook, currently only offering lunch and dinner, has some fun tot options.

There is a variety of tot bowls to choose from, making sure everyone has the chance to get what they want. The creamy bacon macaroni and cheese tots are great for little ones, whereas the loaded buffalo chicken tots are fun for adults looking for something a little spicy.

Friar’s Nook also offers mobile ordering, making it easy to get your food. Keep your eyes on the menu, as the breakfast items that were once offered here were delicious.

We also love the breakfast options here, which include both sweet and savory options. We like the mini donuts and the breakfast sandwich.

This is a smaller location, so make sure you get those mobile orders in quickly.

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe- Frontierland

Our final option for quick-service meals in Magic Kingdom is Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. Here, Guests can find fajitas, tacos, salads, and cheeseburgers for less adventurous eaters.

This is a larger dining location, meaning that mobile ordering is more common than at some smaller dining locations, such as Sleepy Hollow and Friar’s Nook. Like Columbia Harbour House, Pecos Bill has a large dining location on both the main level and on an upper level.

A cozy, rustic restaurant reminiscent of Pecos Bill's Magic Kingdom hideaway features warm yellow walls, wooden tables and chairs. Decorative elements include hanging lanterns, a balcony, potted plants, and arched windows with wrought iron detailing.

This upper level is hidden, so ask a cast member if you can’t find the ramp to head up into the area. You can also find churros with dipping sauce, a great treat option. Some bowls and platters here can give you some choices if you want lighter options.

We love that there is lots of seating and that we can get out of the sun and relax at this large location.

Magic Kingdom has many food options, including snacks, quick-service meals, and table-service locations. When we think about our top choices, there are five locations that we visit the most often.

Each location offers unique options with fresh food and great items for the whole group. Keep in mind that they each offer mobile ordering, and you will want to place those orders quickly to ensure that you can get the food when you want it.

We hope these options will help you have a fantastic meal next time in the Magic Kingdom. Learn more about dining at Walt Disney World.
