Disney’s Hollywood Studios has had a lot of new and thrilling rides added to the Park recently. These are not just for kids but ones that adults love as well.

Rise of the Resistance: Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge

One of the top rides in all of Walt Disney World is Rise of the Resistance. Guests can choose to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane during their day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios or use the standby line to experience this fantastic ride.

Rise of the Resistance is a fantastic attraction that truly puts Guests into the story like never before. Guests will work with Rey, Poe, and the Resistance as they work together to fight the First Order. Guests move from scene to scene as they are captured by the First Order and again rescued by the Resistance.

Keep your eyes open, as each scene has so much to see. This is the top choice for attractions adults will enjoy in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and they don’t need to be Star Wars fans to do so.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

Another ride that has Star Wars fans excited is Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run. Those dreaming about flying this hunk of junk finally get to live that dream on this ride.

Guests will be pilots, engineers, or gunners on the Millennium Falcon as they work together to complete their mission. Every flight is different, and all three roles provide unique experiences, so consider riding more than once.

Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: Sunset Boulevard

The Hollywood Tower Hotel is located right at the end of Sunset Boulevard. Guests will enter into the 5th dimension as they visit this abandoned hotel. The courtyard and lobby set the scene as Guests prepare to board the service elevator and travel to the Twilight Zone.

Strap in, though, as you will unexpectedly drop and rise before you know it. Adults will love the thrill of the unknown that this attraction brings. Once again, consider riding a few times, as each ride is unique, making it thrilling every time.

Slinky Dog Dash: Toy Story Land

This roller coaster might seem cute, a kiddy coaster in Andy’s Backyard, but adults are enormous fans. The oversized toys that Guests zip zoom and dart by are all part of the fun of this coaster.

Slinky stretches his springy coils as you race along cures, zoom up hills, and drop back down again. Thi sis a super fun coaster that adults enjoy while in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Lounges

Another reason adults love Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the lounges throughout the Park. These are excellent places for a drink and a small bite to eat.

Oga’s Cantina: Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge

One of the most popular lounges in Walt Disney World is Oga’s in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You need a reservation to enjoy your experience here. Guests will love the music by DJ R-3X that brings entertainment and excitement to all that enter.

The drinks here are unique and delicious. Themed for Star Wars and full of excitement, adults love their time at Oga’s Cantina.

Brown Derby Lounge: Hollywood Boulevard

This star-studded lounge is tucked away on Hollywood Boulevard. Here you can people-watch out on the patio while enjoying some fantastic cocktails. Known for its signature Derby cocktails and martinis, Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge is the perfect spot for a drink or lunch.

Adults love getting the famous cobb salad while enjoying a flight of margaritas or martinis, all while sitting outside and enjoying the sights and sounds of the Park.

Baseline Tap House: Grand Avenue

One lounge that is hard to find is Baseline Tap House. Known for California brews and wine, Baseline Tap House is the perfect afternoon hangout while in the Park. Enjoy the famous pretzel and charcuterie platter while taking a break from the Park.

Adults love all the lounges that are offered at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It is nice to have options for a drink and a quick bite to eat while relaxing.

Finally, even adults love the shows at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. These are excellent performances that provide lovely entertainment during the day.

For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along: Echo Lake

One of the best shows in all of Walt Disney World is at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This live-action show brings the story of Elsa and Anna to life with fun signing, beloved characters, and two fantastic storytellers.

The historicals tell the story of the lovely Arendelle sisters stealing the show. Together these two outstanding Cast Members work to tell the story of Elsa and Anna- although only sometimes as we remember it. The humor that these two historical bring to the show is something that all grown-ups will appreciate. Little ones will love singing all their favorite Frozen songs.

This show is a fantastic way to get out of the heat and crowds during your day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You will have a great time together no matter what age you are.

Fantasmic- Disney’s Hollywood Studios

We don’t think that all the nighttime shows can be on this list even if they are beautiful; however, Fantasmic at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one evening show that shouldn’t be missed during a trip.

It just reopened this winter, and with it brought brand-new storylines. Aladdin, Moana, and Frozen have all been added to this fantastic show. Not only does it feature amazing scenes from these movies, but it also has live performers, fireworks, projections, and so much more.

Don’t skip out on this experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
