4. Cast Members are Helpful
A comment I have heard from several Disney newbies is just how surprised they are to deal with such caring and enthusiastic cast members. Know that cast members are kind and happy to help you. This could mean directing you to your hotel room on check in, explaining the fast pass plus system or talking to your kids like little princesses and pirates. Cast members will go beyond for guests so do not shy away from asking questions, they have heard them all and are glad to help.
