We mainly focus on Walt Disney World here at How to Disney; however, we wanted to take a moment to look at another amazing part of the Disney Company the Disney Cruise Line.  If you are a big fan of Disney, it might be time for you to look into taking a Disney Cruise for your next vacation.   Let’s take a look at why you should take a Disney Cruise.

One of the biggest reasons to experience a Disney Cruise is because of their amazing ships.  Disney now has five ships:  Disney Magic, Disney Dream, Disney Wonder, Disney Fantasy Disney Wish.  Each of these ships is unique and offers an amazing experience for Guests.

Many people worry about what type of dining will be offered on a ship, but we are here to assure you that the food options on the Disney Ships are top-notch.  Not only can Guests enjoy a quick meal at places such as Cabanas, but there is also fine dining that adults can choose to upgrade to as well.

Both Remy on the Disney Dream and Fantasy as well as Palo which is on all except the Disney Wish, are signature dining experiences that offer a high-end dining experience.  These are perfect for celebrating together.

In the main dining halls, Guests are able to rotate each evening to enjoy different dining experiences.  From the new amazing Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure on board the Disney Wish to the beloved Tiana’s Place on the Disney Wonder and the popular Animator’s Palate the main dining halls are more than just a place to get a meal, they are true Disney magic.

Entertainment

Just like there are special areas just for adults, there are also areas just for kids.  Each of the Disney ships has specific club areas for kids of all ages.  From infants to teens, Disney provides a fun, safe environment for all of them.

Kids can choose to hang out in these areas all day or just for a while.  They offer character meet and greets, activities, and of course lots of fun.

Our final reason for taking a Disney Cruise is the outstanding service you will receive throughout your whole experience.  The great customer service and attention to detail continue from the Disney Parks to the Disney ships.  The Cast Members that are there to help Guests during their sailing are absolutely fantastic.

From your stateroom attendant that makes sure your room is ready for your every day to your dining service team that will have your favorite drinks ready each evening, these magical Disney Cast Members go above and beyond and that is what makes these sailings on the Disney ships so special.

Although we love Walt Disney World and Disneyland, we also think that cruising on Disney ships is a magical experience.  There is so much to see and do for everyone that the only problem will be not wanting to get off when you arrive back at port.
