We have seen a lot of changes in the past for Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The addition of both Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge brought new rides and excitement to this Disney Park.

With all these transformations, came a lot of new and exciting rides.  If you are heading down to Walt Disney World with adults, we have rides at Disney’s Hollywood Studios you won’t want to miss out on.

Rise of the Resistances- Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

One of the top rides in all of Walt Disney World is Rise of the Resistance.  Guests can choose to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane during their day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios or use the standby line to experience this amazing ride.

Rise of the Resistance is a fantastic attraction that truly puts Guests into the story like never before.  Guests will work with Rey, Poe, and the Resistance as they work together to fight the First Order.  Guests move from scene to scene as they are captured by the First Order and rescued once again by the Resistance.

Keep your eyes open as there is so much to see in each and every scene.  This is the top choice when it comes to attractions adults will enjoy in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and they don’t need to be a Star Wars fan to do so.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run- Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

Fans of Star Wars have been dreaming of the time when they could pilot the Millennium Falcon.  Disney has made that dream a reality with this ride.

Guests will either be a pilot, engineers or gunners on the Millennium Falcon as they work together to complete their mission.  Every flight is different and all three roles provide unique experiences so consider riding more than once.

This can cause some motion sickness so keep that in mind when choosing which role you want to fulfill.    The success of the ride depends on those working together to achieve the mission so pick your flight crew carefully.  Do you have what it takes to fly the Millennium Falcon?  Adults will love the challenge.

Rock n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith- Sunset Boulevard

Adults who think that Disney is just for kids will be thrilled to jump into the fast lane with this high-speed coaster.  Guests take a limo through the streets of Hollywood.  Following a launch, next comes experiencing 3 thrilling inversions at high speeds.

Get ready to rock as hit Aerosmith songs play along the way.  This is one of the more intense and bigger thrill rides at Walt Disney World.  Adults will love the intensity of this ride and will start to understand that Disney isn’t just for kids.

Twilight Zone Tower of Terror- Sunset Boulevard

Also down Sunset Boulevard is the Hollywood Tower Hotel.  Guests will enter into the 5th dimension as they visit this abandoned hotel.  The courtyard and lobby set the scene as Guests prepare to board the service elevator and travel to the Twilight Zone.

Strap in though as you will be unexpectedly dropping and rising before you know it.  Adults will love the thrill of the unknown that this attraction brings.  Once again consider riding a few times as each ride is unique making it thrilling each and every time.

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway- Hollywood Boulevard

Although it might not be as thrilling as Rock n’ Roller Coaster or Tower of Terror, adults will still love Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.  The first attraction in Disney World to feature Mickey Mouse, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, is one that adults should make sure they hit up.

Adults will be amazed by the outstanding special effects used to bring this ride to life.  Climb all aboard the train as Goofy heads out on a crazy adventure where there are twists and mind-blowing transformations.  With free moving vehicles, there is no telling where you will end up.  Consider riding a few times to make sure you see all the magic that makes this ride special.

With a few exciting moments, adults will appreciate the storytelling of the ride as well as the excitement.  Even though everyone is able to ride, don’t be fooled into thinking there isn’t a little thrill along the way.

Slinky Dog Dash-  Toy Story Land

The final ride we think that adults will enjoy at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Slinky Dog Dash.  Even though it looks like a cute, kiddy coaster in Andy’s backyard, this ride has a lot of zip to it.

Adults will love the oversized toys that they zip, zoom and dart by as they are pushed to stretch their imagination along with their favorite Toy Story friends.  Slinky Dog will use his springy coils to stretch as you race along curves, zoom up hills and drop back down again.  This is super fun and one that adults should stop by while in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Allow yourself to be a kid and enjoy the thrills with Woody, Jessie, Slinky Dog, and more as you travel around the backyard full of toys.  Keep those eyes open so you can catch all the fun.

Adults will love all the fun, thrilling and well-themed rides at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.  From the intense rides down Sunset Boulevard to being placed in the Star Wars story, Disney’s Hollywood Studios provides a variety of fun for adults.  Don’t skip out on this Disney Park during your next Walt Disney World vacation.
