Since its debut in 1969, this classic attraction has been a staple at Disney parks worldwide, inviting guests into a world of eerie portraits, ghostly hosts, and the unforgettable “Grim Grinning Ghosts.”

Whether you’ve ridden the ride dozens of times or are planning your first trip, there’s something eternally captivating about the Haunted Mansion’s ghoulish atmosphere. Now, Disney fans staying at Walt Disney World Resorts can relive the magic right from their hotel rooms, thanks to the new Hey Disney! Haunted Mansion soundscape.

This new addition to the Hey Disney! voice assistant service offers fans a chance to experience the ambient sounds of the Haunted Mansion without setting foot in the parks. After a long day of exploring Magic Kingdom or EPCOT, guests can simply say, “Hey Disney, play the Haunted Mansion soundscape,” and be greeted by the creaks, howls, and mysterious sounds of this iconic attraction. The soundscape includes an ambient rendition of the famed “Grim Grinning Ghosts” tune, making you feel as though you’re floating through the halls of the mansion itself.

The Hey Disney! voice assistant, which was rolled out across all Walt Disney World Resort hotels earlier this year, is designed to bring extra magic to guests’ stays.

Using Amazon Alexa technology, the service features a Mickey Mouse-themed interface and can do everything from setting alarms with character voices to offering fun trivia games and weather updates. The Haunted Mansion soundscape is just one of several themed audio experiences available through the service, allowing guests to take a piece of the parks back to their rooms.

What’s more, Disney lovers can also enjoy the Hey Disney! service at home if they have an Echo device, meaning the spooky sounds of the mansion can be relived long after your trip. Whether you want to revisit the eerie halls of the Haunted Mansion or are curious to try other soundscapes, Hey Disney! brings a touch of Disney magic into daily life.

For those who adore the Haunted Mansion, this soundscape is a perfect way to enhance your stay at Walt Disney World. It’s one more example of how Disney continues to merge technology with its beloved attractions to create experiences that linger long after guests leave the parks. As Disney expands its immersive offerings, Hey Disney! is becoming an essential part of every fan’s vacation.

So next time you check in to your Disney resort, don’t forget to ask Hey Disney! to bring the mansion to you. Just be careful—you never know what ghosts might follow you home!
