Epic Disney Snacks You Can’t Miss

Snacks are a must at Walt Disney World. When visiting, you will want to make sure that you enjoy some of the most delicious treats. To help you know what treats to enjoy, we have our top epic snacks at Walt Disney World.

Popcorn

This might seem silly, but there is something extra magical about Disney popcorn. You don’t even have to purchase a fancy popcorn bucket for it to be delicious.

At each of the four Parks, you will find popcorn carts. This buttery treat is a great snack to eat while waiting in line, enjoying the parade, or wrapping up the night with fireworks.

If you are a big fan of popcorn, we do recommend refillable popcorn buckets.  The basic buckets are great as you can get refills for a discount throughout your vacation.

Even though you are able to get popcorn cheaper at home, Disney popcorn is epic.

Dole Whip

An iconic Walt Disney World treats that is a must-get is a Dole Whip. Found in Magic Kingdom throughout Adventureland, this iconic sweet treat shouldn’t be missed.

The classic Dole Whip is pineapple flavored; however, Guests can now enjoy other flavors as well. My favorites are coconut, lime, and raspberry. Don’t forget to use mobile ordering to save time.

Mickey Pretzel

Mickey Pretzel

For those that love soft pretzels, there is something extra special about a pretzel shaped like Mickey.

Like with popcorn, Mickey Pretzels can be found throughout Walt Disney World and many different carts. Don’t forget the cheese for dipping. These can be great snack for sharing as well.

Spring Rolls

One of the newest treats to join the epic list are the spring rolls found outside of Adventureland in Magic Kingdom. These savory treats took Guests by storm.

Wrapped inside a fried egg roll wrapper, Guests can enjoy a variety of flavors. The most common one is the cheeseburger spring roll. This is all the flavors of a delicious cheeseburger wrapped up together.

No matter what flavor you choose, these are the perfect savory snacks.

Ice Cream Bar

Mickey Bars

Get your cameras ready for this iconic treat. You can choose between the classic Mickey bar that has vanilla ice cream coated with chocolate.

The other option would be the ice cream sandwich. This is cookies and cream ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate cookies.

These are refreshing but messy during those hot summer days. Have cameras ready to capture the adorable, messy faces.

Caramel Apple

If you visit one of the many candy stores throughout Walt Disney World you will find themed caramel apples. These handcrafted apples are decorated to look like Mickey, Minnie, and other adorable Disney characters.

Keep in mind that Disney doesn’t cut these anymore which can make them difficult to eat. But they are sweet and delicious. These works of art might look too good to eat.

Churros

Churros

For a sweet and sugary snack grab a churro. Some of our favorite churros are found at Nomad Lounge in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. They come with some great dipping sauce making them extra delicious.

Another great feature of churros is that they are easy to eat on the go. This can be important when choosing a snack at Walt Disney World as you move between rides and shows.

Cheshire Cat Tail

Another sweet treat that is both pretty and delicious is the Cheshire cat tail at Magic Kingdom. Found only at Cheshire Cafe, this pastry is a must-have snack. The flakey pastry is filled with chocolate and topped with a lot of icing. Make it a snack or breakfast- after all, it is vacation.

Num Num Cookie

Who doesn’t love a delicious, warm chocolate chip cookie? Before entering Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, make sure you stop and enjoy one of the best cookies in Disney. The Num Num Cookies are super large, loaded chocolate chip cookies.

These are so big that you can easily share them with those around you. For an extra special treat, consider adding some soft-serve ice cream.

Mickey Beignets

Beignets

These sweet treats aren’t easy to get, but they are worth the trip. Found only at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter, these Mickey beignets are a fantastic treat. With lots of powdered sugar, there’s no hiding your enjoyment of these treats. Grab the original or upgrade to a sundae or even boozy beignets.

Take time to enjoy the Resort or hop over the Disney Springs via a nice, relaxing boat ride. You can make your trip to get beignets an adventure to see new parts of Walt Disney World.

Liberty Square WAffle

Waffle Sandwiches

When in Magic Kingdom, enjoy one of two excellent waffle sandwiches from Sleepy Hollow. In the morning, you can enjoy a sweet fresh fruit waffle sandwich. This is one of Disney’s great waffles layered with chocolate hazelnut, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries.

In the afternoon, enjoy a sweet and savory waffle sandwich. The sweet and spicy chicken waffle sandwich includes a broccoli slaw with honey-sriracha glaze. These sandwiches are a good shareable snack.

There are many delicious treats at Walt Disney World. Sweet, savory, and a mixture of both, you can find a snack for all occasions. When visiting Walt Disney World, make sure you leave room for these epic Disney snacks. From iconic snacks such as the Dole Whip to classic treats such as popcorn, Guests visiting Walt Disney World will enjoy all the snacks they can find at Disney Parks and Resorts.
