DO NOT Skip These Disney Rides During Your Vacation

There is so much to see and do at Walt Disney World that no matter how long your trip is, you won’t be able to experience it all. You have to narrow your to-do list to four Theme Parks, two water parks, Disney Springs, big and small golf courses, and so many unique Resorts.

As you begin making your must-do list for a Disney Park, we have the rides we don’t think you can miss. These rides might be the top in all of Walt Disney World, or they might be iconic Disney attractions. Either way, you can’t skip these rides during your Disney vacation.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind: EPCOT

The newest and hottest ride in Walt Disney World is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This unique indoor coaster is full of excitement and thrills in EPCOT. It is the first reveres launch coaster in all of Disney and features the new omnicoaster that allows Guests to rotate and always be in action.

Right now, there are two ways that Guests can experience this ride. The first is by purchasing an Individual Lightning Lane, and the second is by joining a virtual queue. There is no standby line at this point.

As the newest and most exciting ride in Walt Disney World, you can’t skip out on this one.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance: Disney’s Hollywood Studios

A truly immersive experience is Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. This is more than a ride. Guests are put right in the middle of the action as they join Rey, BB-8, Poe, and the Resistance as they take on the First Order.

Guests experience multiple ride vehicles and major scenes throughout this ride. It brings the Star Wars story to life right before your eyes. Even if you aren’t a Star Wars fan, this ride’s fantastic storyline and immersive feel shouldn’t be missed.

It’s a small world- Magic Kingdom.

For a completely different ride, we don’t think that Guests should skip out on it’s a small world during their Walt Disney World vacation. This is an iconic Disney attraction that brings Walt into the Magic Kingdom.

This slow-moving boat ride takes Guests through the different countries of the world. Watch as the world comes together, a message we all need to hear. Even if you aren’t a fan of the song, take time to enjoy the ride’s history. The detail of each country and how the Disney Imagineers created such an iconic ride shouldn’t be skipped.

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway- Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Everyone should experience Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Not only is this the first attraction in any Disney Park that features Mickey Mouse, but the fantastic technology used throughout the ride is top-notch.

The projection mapping, the trackless ride system, and the unique details are fantastic. Guests of all ages can enjoy this ride together, which is another reason it shouldn’t be skipped.

Kilimanjaro Safaris: Disney’s Animal Kingdom

One of the unique ride experiences throughout all Walt Disney World is Kilimanjaro Safaris is Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It is only here that Guests can experience a ride through the savanna where animals roam free.

Guests are taken through the savanna that makes up a large part of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. As they enjoy their adventure, they can see giraffes, lions, hippos, elephants, rhinos, and many other amazing animals that make the safari home.

Unless Guests travel to Africa, this is the closest they will ever get to a trip on a savanna, and it isn’t one that you want to miss out on.

Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Guests are drawn into this ride from the moment they step into the Park. The abandoned and rundown hotel stands over Sunset Boulevard, waiting for Guests to venture closer. One of the best-themed attractions throughout Walt Disney World, the Tower of Terror takes Guests into the twilight zone.

Guests board the service elevator and are taken into the abandoned hotel. From there, they are dropped into the excitement and thrill of the hotel. The ride is thrilling, but what makes it so unique is the overall theming throughout the queue and the ride. It is a fantastic work by Disney Imagineers and shouldn’t be missed.

Pirates of the Caribbean- Magic Kingdom

A ride that encompasses everything that makes Disney special. This ride has everything from a fantastic storyline to an excellent ride vehicle to memorable, immersive scenes. The whole family can ride together and take on the pirate journey.

We love how there is a little thrill in the ride, the songs catch, and the different scenes are full of unique details. These aspects make this ride one that shouldn’t be skipped during a Disney trip.

Magic Kingdom Mountains

The mountains at Magic Kingdom are the final rides you won’t want to skip during your Walt Disney World vacation. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, and Space Mountain are the most exciting and entertaining rides throughout Walt Disney World.

Each of these coasters is unique in its way. They provide Guests will thrills and excitement as they race through space, plunge into the Briar patch, or speed through the wild west. These attractions have unique storylines that make them special to Disney and why they shouldn’t be missed.

No matter how long you stay at Walt Disney World, you won’t be able to see and do it all. As you make your plans, do not skip out on these rides. These are some of the top rides in all of Walt Disney World. They make magic and create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.
