106-year-old new Disney fan Magnolia Jackson celebrated a historic first visit to the Magic Kingdom on her birthday!

Whether it’s a visit to the “Most Magical Place on Earth” (Walt Disney World Resort) or the “Happiest Place on Earth” (Disneyland Resort), fans flock to the Disney Parks to whet their appetite for all things Disney.
Magnolia Jackson Enjoys Historic First Visit to the Magic Kingdom
Recently, a new Disney fan, 106-year-old Magnolia Jackson, enjoyed a historic first visit to the Magic Kingdom to celebrate her most recent birthday!
Mrs. Jackson, who is the oldest living graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, rung in her 106th birthday at Disney World, was greeted on her arrival at Disney World by the iconic Cinderella Castle as well as “cheering Disney cast members, the Walt Disney World Ambassadors, cake and balloons and—of course—Mickey [Mouse] and Minnie Mouse.”
Mrs. Jackson lived out her Disney dreams in the most unique fashion, with the help of the incredible cast members at Disney World.
Magnolia Jackson, the oldest living graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, visited a Disney park for the first time today to celebrate her 106th birthday at Magic Kingdom.

Enjoying this milestone birthday, Mrs. Jackson celebrated with a personal visit with Princess Tiana and honored her love for gardening with a visit to EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival.
Mrs. Jackson served her community as an elementary school principal, and she is said to have”[inspired] countless other teachers and [fueled] the career ambitions of scores of children, particularly those in underserved communities.”
During her time at Bethune-Cookman, Mrs. Jackson even met the school’s founder and noted civil rights activist, Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune, who served as the former national advisor to former President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
What a lovely and joyous way to ring in one’s 106th birthday! Here’s wishing Mrs. Jackson a healthy and prosperous celebration!
