Disney Unveils Pricing Details for 1900 Park Fare’s Highly Anticipated Return

Nearly four years ago, Walt Disney World Resort was forced to close its gates due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The resort was closed for four months — something that never happened before. When the parks finally reopened, the Disney experience was only a shell of what it once was.

Guests were required to wear face coverings at all times, could only eat and drink in designated areas, and were required to remain 6 feet apart. There were also strict capacity requirements.

All of those COVID protocols are now a thing of the past, and Disney World is nearly back to what it was before the pandemic.

However, there is still one glaring thing missing — the ability to dine at 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The popular character dining spot closed when the pandemic hit, and its doors have remained shut since.

1900 Park Fare Is Returning!

However, in February, Disney finally announced that 1900 Park Fare will reopen on April 10. Reservations for 1900 Park Fare are currently open!

Menu Changes

It’s been four years, and 1900 Park Fare has received some renovation updates. To go along with the restaurant’s new look, Disney has also upgraded the menu. Here’s what you can indulge in when you dine at the new 1900 Park Fare.

Breakfast

The breakfast buffet menu is full of a wide variety of sweet and savory. The perfect way to kick off your Disney day!

• Bread Pudding with vanilla crème anglaise
• Doughnut Holes tossed with shimmer
• Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup with fresh strawberries and whipped cream
• Double-Chocolate Muffin (Plant-based)
• Guava and Cream Cheese Danish
• Cinnamon Pull-apart Bread
• Beef and Potato Hash
• Classic Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce
• Carved Ham
• Croissant Breakfast Pizza
• Smoked Salmon
• Cheesy Potato Casserole
• Spiced Tofu Scramble with Vegetables (Plant-based)
• An assortment of fruit, cereals, pastries, breads as well as a variety of plant-based options

Dinner

1900 Park Fare is not open for lunch, but the all-you-care-to-enjoy dinner menu is worth the wait.

• Tiana’s Gumbo​ with spicy andouille sausage
• Baked Salmon with saffron-lemon butter
• Carved Prime Rib
• Curry-roasted Chicken
• Roasted Garlic Sausage with tomatoes, herbs, and braised cabbage
• Porchetta with Hunter’s Sauce
• Couscous Salad with dried fruits, almonds, mint, and parsley
• Sun-dried Tomato and Rosemary Focaccia
• Mashed Potatoes
• Green Beans
• Glazed Carrots
• Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup with fresh strawberries and whipped cream
• Grand Floridian Financier: Almond cake with sea salt caramel and toasted meringue
• Toasted Coconut Cake with passion fruit custard and hibiscus crème (Plant-based)
• Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake
• Vanilla Cupcake
• Fudge Brownie with triple chocolate mousse

There will also be some brand-new drink options, and they are perfect for those who love a delicious non-alcoholic beverage and those who like their drinks with a little extra kick. It is important to note that these drinks are not included in the base price for your meal.

• Lavender Lemonade: Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with flavors of lavender (Non-alcoholic beverage)
• So Many Wishes: Pomegranate green tea, hibiscus, lemon, and a dash of stardust (Non-alcoholic beverage)
• Passion Fruit Daiquiri: Diplomático Planas Extra Añejo Blanco Rum, Aperol Liqueur, passion fruit, vanilla, and lime
• Strawberry Rosé Spritz: La Fête du Rosé, Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and strawberry

Character Changes

New menu items are not the only big change coming to 1900 Park Fare. According to the Walt Disney World Resort website, new characters will also be making their way to the restaurant as well!

Prior to the closure, breakfast featured a mishmash of Disney characters, including Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Alice, the Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins, and Bert. Dinner was hosted by Cinderella and Prince Charming and also featured Lady Tremaine, Anastasia, and Drizella.

When 1900 Park Fare opens on April 10, there will be new characters from Aladdin, The Princess and the Frog, and even Encanto! Disney says that guests can look forward to meeting Aladdin, Cinderella, Princess Tiana, and Mirabel.

UPDATE: Pricing Released

Disney recently released a pricing update for the revamped dining experience. 1900 Park Fare breakfast pricing is $54 per adult and $34 per child. Dinner pricing is $66 per adult and $41 per child. Tax and gratuity are not included.

Walt Disney World dining reservations can be made up to 60 days before your trip. This is sure to be an in-demand dining spot, so make sure you make your reservations ASAP.
