12 Characters You Can’t Find At Magic Kingdom
The Magic Kingdom is Walt Disney World’s pride and joy. Being the most popular park, it houses the majority of character meet and greets. However, there are certain characters you can only meet in other parks. Here are twelve of them!
12-11 Dug and Russell
Adventure is out there! Upon entering the wild world of Animal Kingdom, you will find an entire host of characters exclusive to the park. Dug the talking dog and Russell the Wilderness Explorer are ready to meet you! They reside in their own explorer’s clubhouse, which is located just before you enter Dinoland U.S.A. They meet from 9 am to 1 pm, and then return from 1:40 pm to 6:30 pm. Dug and Russell are from Disney Pixar’s Up, which premiered on May 29th, 2009.

This bear can be found in Upcountry Landing, which is located on your way to the Africa section. Baloo meets from 10 am to 2 pm and then returns from 2:40 pm to 5:40 pm. Baloo is from The Jungle Book, which premiered on October 8th, 1967.
9 Pocahontas
However can you paint with all the colors of the wind? The Powhatan princess would be happy to teach you. Pocahontas can be found on the character landing. This spot is located just passed Dug and Russell’s clubhouse and moments before you enter Dinoland. She meets from 10:15 am to 1:00 pm and 2:50 pm to 6:45 pm. She is from her classic film that premiered on June 16th, 1995.
8 Flik
It’s tough to be a bug, but Flik still makes it through. This innovative and courageous ant would love to share his big ideas with you, but you will have to find him first. Flik enjoys meeting guests on Discovery Island Trail, which is located left of the Tree of Life and on your way to Africa. He meets from 9 am to 12:55 pm and then again from 1:40 pm to 4:30 pm. Flik is from Pixar’s groundbreaking masterpiece, A Bug’s Life, which burrowed its way into theaters on November 14th, 1998.

4-3 Mike and Sully
Get ready to get your scream on! Mike and Sulley may need it to power their city. Lucky for you, they only use laugh power now at Magic Kingdom. However, if you would like to meet these partners, you must venture to Hollywood Studios. Both monsters can be found prowling around their own section, located across from Studio Catering Company. Keep in mind that these two dislike paperwork, so they do not sign autographs. They meet from 9 am to 2:30 pm and then 3:40 pm to 5 pm. Mike and Sulley are from Pixar’s Monsters, Inc, which clawed onto the big screen on October 28th, 2001.
