Magic Kingdom is a must-do Park when traveling to Walt Disney World with little ones. There is so much to see and do for the whole family that Magic Kingdom is the perfect family destination when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. To help you plan for your Magic Kingdom day, we will share our top picks for rides at Magic Kingdom with little ones.
These top rides are ones that we would highly recommend making sure you take your toddler or baby on when visiting Magic Kingdom. Get those cameras ready to capture those magical moments on these rides in Magic Kingdom.

Dumbo the Flying Elephant- Storybook Circus
The first ride we will recommend is the iconic Dumbo the Flying Elephant. This ride has Guests ride on Dumbo as he uses the magic feather to fly high into the sky. Use the controls to determine how high you soar.
Take time before you ride to enjoy the playground. This well-themed play area is perfect for little ones to run around while the grown-ups relax for a few minutes.
Flying with Dumbo is a must-do in the Magic Kingdom with little ones.

it’s a small world- Fantasyland
Our next suggestion is another iconic ride in Magic Kingdom. Head over to it’s a small world for a slow boat ride through the different countries of the world. Little ones will love the song and all the dolls to watch throughout the ride.
Enjoy pointing out the animals and other hidden gems for them throughout all the different rooms. There is so much to look at in each section that little ones will be highly engaged.
Peter Pan’s Flight- Fantasyland
It wouldn’t be a trip to Magic Kingdom without flying over Neverland. Little ones will enjoy the experience of flying high above Neverland on their pirate ship. This might stress out some parents with active little ones, as there aren’t buckles on the ride to keep kids locked into place.
Most of the big scenes are up high so everyone can see them. This helps keep everyone safely seated back in their ship. Little ones will enjoy the magic of this ride as they fly around with Peter Pan and his friends.

Jungle Cruise- Adventureland
Another exciting boat ride that little ones will love is Jungle Cruise. Go on an epic adventure together through the rivers of the world. Little ones will love all the different animals they can see throughout the ride. From monkeys to rhinos and lions, this is an adventure they won’t soon forget.

Under the Sea- Journey of the Little Mermaid- Fantasyland
Head under the sea with Ariel and her friends on Under the Sea- Journey of the Little Mermaid. After everyone boards their clamshell, Guests travel underwater to visit Ariel and all her friends as they retell her epic love story.
The bright colors and great music will have little ones dancing away in their clamshells. A word of warning, however, Ursula is a giant and can be intimidating if you don’t know she is coming. This part is short and over quickly, but always good to be prepared.

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh- Fantasyland
Bounce over the Hundred Acre Woods with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Rabbit, and Roo for a fun adventure together. Board your honey pot and then join Winnie the Pooh and his friends on a few stories. Little ones will love bouncing with Tigger and celebrating with the whole crew.
Make sure you take your little one on The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh so they, too, can have fun.
Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin- Tomorrowland
It might surprise some to find out that even little ones can participate in the excitement of Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin. Although they might not be able to reach the gun or aim, little ones will think that they are part of the action as they work to help Buzz defeat Zurg.
Even though they might not accomplish anything, little ones will get a massive kick out of this ride.
Walt Disney World Railroad- Main Street, U.S.A.)
Make sure to take time to ride the Walt Disney World Railroad. We are thrilled that this fantastic attraction is again open at the Magic Kingdom. Travel around Magic Kingdom on the train taking in all the different sights.
From the jungle of Adventureland to the race into the future, the train is a fantastic way to see all of Magic Kingdom in a nice, relaxing way. Don’t miss out on this ride during your visit.
Mad Tea Party- Fantasyland
What little ones don’t like to spin around? If you have adults that can manage, don’t forget to take your little ones on a spin on the Mad Tea Party. You will hear lots of laughs and giggles as everyone has a great time spinning together in their teacup.

Prince Charming Regal Carrousel- Fantasyland
It wouldn’t be a trip to Magic Kingdom without taking your little one on the carousel—this iconic attraction and one that little ones will love. Have them pick their horse and be ready for a lovely rice up and down. Even though you might have carousels at your local zoo, make sure you still take time to make those memories on this one in Magic Kingdom.
These are some of the must-do attractions in Magic Kingdom for little ones. The whole family can have many magical experiences together in this Disney Park. Don’t miss out on any of the magic, and head to these rides during your Walt Disney World vacation.
