When traveling to Walt Disney World, we have some items that make our travels much more accessible. These Amazon finds are essential to our trip, from keeping us organized to helping us stay cool in the parks.
We want to share the top Amazon finds you need to pack for your Walt Disney World trip.
Packing Cubes
One of our favorite items to help us stay organized is packing cubes. These allow us to pack outfits together in one spot and keep everyone’s clothes separate. When arriving at our Walt Disney World Resort hotel, we love being able to pull out the cubes and place them into the drawers.
We can also use the cubes to help repack on the way home, keeping dirty clothes separate from everything else. It did take us a few trips to figure out how to best use packing cubes, but now that we have a plan, we can’t travel without them.

Luggage Scale
This might seem silly to many, but to overpackers, having a luggage scale is a lifesaver. I was sick of being stressed when checking luggage, always worried if I would be over the weight limit, and then the stress of trying to repack items to stay underweight. To help eliminate that stress, I purchased a cheap luggage scale from Amazon. I use this to weigh our suitcase before heading to the airport. Having a luggage scale allows me to skip the stress and surprise when arriving at the airport.

Apple AirTags or Similar
Apple AirTags have been a relatively recent addition to our travel gear. I try hard during my trips to carry on, but this isn’t always possible. Because of this, I spend so much time stressing about where my luggage is. Apple AirTags have changed that.
These little tags go into your luggage and allow you to track its location via your phone. If you don’t have an iPhone, there are other options for Android users. Do some research to figure out what will work best for you. With more extensive trips coming up, these tags will save me a lot of stress.

Cloth Boxes
Another item that has become extremely helpful when traveling is cloth boxes. We use these throughout our Disney Resort to help keep us organized. We typically have one in the bathroom to collect items in one area. By the door is another area where we put one of these. This is where we toss in our sunglasses, MagicBands, and other small items we need to grab on the way out of the door.
I also use them for each kid. Each has a cube where we put our pajamas in the morning and our clothes for the next day at night. Even as teenagers, this helps them keep track of their items and makes it easier to get ready.

Portable Fans
When traveling to Walt Disney World during the hot and humid summer months, it is essential to have items to help keep you cool. One of our favorite items to have is portable fans. Having air movement while waiting in lines can be a huge lifesaver.
There are many different ones on Amazon, but we prefer to have ones that allow us to recharge, like this one, so we don’t have to worry about packing batteries. Having a fan for everyone can make it easier to manage the heat.
Ziploc Bags
Ziploc bags are not specific to Amazon but still essential to our Disney trips. We bring a variety of sizes with us to Disney because they come in handy. Not only do we use them to keep our electronics dry, but we also like having them for trash or leftovers that we can take with us.
We are surprised each trip at how functional these bags are, which is why they are on our must-have list. My favorite are these reusable bags.
Portable Charger
One of our essential items for our Disney trip is our portable charger. Because My Disney Experience is so critical to a successful trip, it is necessary to have a charged phone.
We ensure that each of us has a portable charger to take into the park with us. These aren’t too big but will recharge a phone at least once. We’ve also purchased bigger portable chargers for longer flights.

Compact Umbrella
Even though we hope to have sunshine throughout our Disney trip, we know rain is always possible at Disney. We’ve purchased tiny, compact umbrellas that are easy to carry in our Disney Parks bag daily. These don’t take up a lot of room, but they are great for when it starts to drizzle. We also use them to block out the sun during scorching days.

Cooling Towels
Our final item to share is cooling towels. We first realized how necessary these were during the summer months at Disney. These provide significant relief when in the parks during the hottest days.
You can easily keep them in your bag and use them throughout the day when the temperature starts to rise. We’ve also put them in our resort fridge to ensure they’re cold when needed.
Disney sells them in the parks, but these cooling towels on Amazon are much cheaper and work just as good.
