3. Coronado Springs
Coronado Springs is a unique resort in several ways, including that it is the only moderate resort with a convention center. It also offers a variety of suites to accommodate any travel party. It is themed to resemble the American Southwest and traditional Mexican architecture. Coronado Springs has a very fun atmosphere and wonderful food options - with a food court, table service dining and a grab-and-go market. The rooms were renovated in 2009 , and the suite options are a great way to make your stay more comfortable. The pools feature Mayan pyramids and are among the best of the moderate pools. There are three bus stops, so transportation is always close by. Coronado Springs is in the Animal Kingdom area, which makes it a little further away from the other theme parks but fairly close to Disney Springs. We’ve ranked it #3 because it tends to be crowded due to conventions.
