4. The Wilderness Lodge
The Wilderness Lodge always reminds me of the classic Disney films like Davy Crockett and the Parent Trap that I grew up loving so much. Maybe it is the close vicinity to The Magic Kingdom, the cozy vibe or just the nostalgia that wells up in me when I am at the resort, regardless it will always be one of my favorite deluxe resorts. With an Old Faithful geyser that erupts every half hour, a rocky edged pool surrounded by wilderness inspired foliage and a gigantic fireplace surrounded by rocking chairs in the lobby I cannot imagine a cozier resort option.
