6. Animal Kingdom Lodge
A bit farther from three of the parks, but right on the edge of Disney’s Animal Kingdom you will find the Animal Kingdom Lodge. A resort does not get much more wild than this. Zebras, buffalo, giraffes and other savanna natives walk right up to guest windows to graze. If the Animal Kingdom is your favorite park, you absolutely have to plan a visit to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Delicious dining at Boma and hanging out around the fire pits near the animal viewing spots are my favorite things to do at Animal Kingdom Lodge.
