VIDEO: Dwarf Rips off Snow White’s Arm in Magic Kingdom

Disney’s first princess encountered some technical difficulties in Magic Kingdom.

Over the last few years, we’ve seen quite a lot of strange things happen inside Disney theme parks. Whether you’re at Animal Kingdom or Disney California Adventure, you never truly know what you’re going to see and experience when you’re at Disney, and today is no exception. Just recently, a naked guest was arrested after streaking through “it’s a small world” at the Disneyland Resort.

Guests riding a particular ride at Magic Kingdom were in for a shock late Tuesday evening, with a classic Disney princess taking off the arm of one of her supposed best friends.

The specific incident occurred at Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. This ride is one of the most popular attractions at Magic Kingdom, if not the most popular. While you may think that other classic Magic Kingdom rides like Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Haunted Mansion, and Pirates of the Caribbean are the “big-ticket” experiences, none compare to the popularity of Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

Despite being geared toward younger audiences, this short roller coaster consistently hits wait times that exceed an hour and a half. The ride joined the Magic Kingdom as part of the massive “New Fantasyland” expansion, which officially opened in 2006. Along with this new roller coaster, New Fantasyland also brought along several new magical restaurants, attractions, and options for guests to enjoy.

However, the magic quickly faded, as Snow White herself was seen with an arm ripped off by a dwarf at the end of the ride.

At the end of the ride, guests drive by a cottage where Snow White and the seven dwarfs can be seen dancing and cheering, unaware that the Evil Queen is lurking mere feet away. However, guests visiting Magic Kingdom this evening were in for a startling sight, with Snow White missing an arm. Dopey can be seen holding Snow White’s arm, as they are typically seen dancing together.

We aren’t sure how or when this happened, but it’s certainly one of the most bizarre situations we’ve seen occur at a Disney ride or attraction. Hopefully, Snow White will be fixed soon!

As we stated earlier, guests will find Seven Dwarfs Mine Train inside Fantasyland, which is one of several magical areas guests can explore at Magic Kingdom. Other lands include Adventureland, Frontierland, Tomorrowland, and Liberty Square.
