For those who arrange dining in time of the fireworks, the lights in the restaurant become dimmer and even the accompanying music outside fills the interior, surrounding you with even more magic. There’s even an outdoor perch exclusive to California Grill Diners to step outdoors and watch the fireworks as well. Also note, guests who may have reservations before or after the fireworks also get to enjoy this unique vantage point with a valid receipt or proof of reservation.
