Magic Kingdom’s Top 5 Quick Service Locations

Magic Kingdom is the iconic Disney Park and one that most Guests take time to visit during their Walt Disney World vacation.  Because of these facts, dining becomes extremely important in Magic Kingdom.  Most Guests will find themselves needing at least one meal in Magic Kingdom throughout their Walt Disney World vacation if not more.

So what are the top quick-service locations in Magic Kingdom?  There is a lot to choose from, but we are going to give you our top five quick-service spots in Magic Kingdom for your next Magic Kingdom visit.

5.  Columbia Harbour House- Liberty Square

Starting off with Columbia Harbor House in Liberty Square as our number one.  Columbia Harbour House is an excellent option for Guests for lunch and dinner. What makes this location a great choice is the unique options that are offered.  We like that we can get unique items while our chicken nugget fans can still get their staple as well.

Columbia Harbour House has New England-style foods focusing on fish, shrimp lobster rolls, clam chowder, and outstanding sides. Choose from fresh vegetables or hushpuppies that are both filling choices.  We recommend looking to see if the combination platter is available.  This is often a combination of fish, shrimp, and chicken nuggets making it a nice sharable option.

Another fact we love about this dining location is how much room there is for seating. Many Guests aren’t aware of a whole upstairs dining location, making it a slightly quieter area. It also provides some views of Liberty Square. Columbia Harbour House has just recently opened, and we are thrilled to have this option back opened in the Magic Kingdom as it provides some delicious options within the Magic Kingdom.

4.  Casey’s Corner- Main Street, U.S.A.

For American baseball favorites, you can head to Casey’s Corner, where you can find hot dogs, corn dog nuggets, and delicious fries. Even though there isn’t a lot on this menu, the food is fresh and delicious.

Kids will love the classic hot dogs and nuggets whereas adults can enjoy the chili-cheese foot-long. Located right outside of the main hub, Casey’s Corner is a perfect location to have a meal and enjoy the beautiful view of the castle as well as the cavalcades and all the magic that takes place on Main Street, U.S.A.

If you plan it right, you could have a nice meal while watching the stage show or the cavalcades go by.  Seating can be tough in this area, so consider taking the food to the hub for a nice picnic meal as a family in the middle of Magic Kingdom.

3.  Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe- Frontierland

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe is located in Frontierland. This is where Guests can find fajitas, tacos, salads, and cheeseburgers for those less adventurous eaters.

This is a larger dining location, meaning that mobile ordering can be found more often than some smaller dining locations such as Sleepy Hollow and Friar’s Nook (spoiler alert).

Like Columbia Harbour House, Pecos Bill has a large dining location both on the main level and on the upper level. This upper level is hidden, so make sure to ask a Cast Member if you can’t find the ramp to head up into the area.

You can also find churros with dipping sauce, which is a great treat option as well. Some of the bowls and platters here can give you some choices if you are looking for lighter options.  There are a lot of choices at Pecos Bills making it a nice spot for families and larger groups.

2.  The Friar’s Nook- Fantasyland

This location has quickly become one of our favorites in Magic Kingdom.  It is a smaller location that offers some great and unique options. Found over in Fantasyland, Friar’s Nook is open for all meals making it a great place for breakfast.  We love the donuts and breakfast sandwich here that comes on a buttery croissant with a side of delicious tater tots.

There is a mixture of different tot bowls that you can choose from, making sure everyone has the chance to get what they want. The creamy bacon macaroni and cheese tots are great for the little ones, whereas the loaded buffalo chicken tots are fun for adults looking for something a little spicy.

Friar’s Nook offers mobile ordering as well, making it easy to get your food.  It can get extremely busy so plan ahead and be ready to wait for a little even for mobile orders.

Sleepy Hollow Magic Kingdom

1. Sleepy Hollow- Liberty Square

Our number one quick-service location is Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square.  Located right next to the castle, Sleepy Hollow is a fantastic quick service location for any meal of the day. If you are looking for the classic Mickey waffles at breakfast that you can load up with powdered sugar or strawberries this is your spot.

The most popular breakfast item found here is the fresh fruit waffle sandwich. This delicious waffle includes fresh strawberries, bananas, and blueberries with a sweet chocolate hazelnut spread.

The lunch and supper menu does tend to change, so make sure you check the app for the most up-to-date offerings, but the one we highly recommend and is a staple here is the sweet and spicy chicken waffle sandwich. Again on a fresh waffle, a honey-sriracha glazed chicken with a delicious broccoli slaw is added to make a fantastic meal.

This location gets extremely popular, so make sure you get your mobile order in quickly if you want to eat here. We find this spot breathtaking as you can enjoy your meal next to the castle as you watch people come and go throughout the Magic Kingdom. It doesn’t get much better than that.

There are a lot of quick-service locations throughout Magic Kingdom, but these are currently our top five.  They offer a variety of food options allowing most Guests to find something they will enjoy as well as mobile ordering and unique seating areas.  Knowing where you are going to eat while in Magic Kingdom is important and we hope this will help you determine what will work the best for your family during their Walt Disney World vacation.
