This Summer Menu at Disney Springs Has Everyone Talking

Summer at Disney Springs just got a whole lot sweeter. The full menu for the 2025 Flavors of Florida celebration has officially been released, and it’s packed with over 90 limited-time dishes and drinks that celebrate the best of Florida’s sunshine, citrus, and coastal flavors.
This seasonal food festival, which runs June 27 through August 10, will feature more than 40 dining locations, making this year’s event the biggest yet.
With a mix of new creations and fan-favorite returns, the 2025 menu promises something fresh and flavorful for every kind of foodie.
Fresh Flavors to Try This Year
One of the standout new items comes from Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, where they’re putting a Florida twist on seafood with the Panko Salmon. This dish features a perfectly breaded salmon fillet served with pickled fennel, blood orange, cured cucumber, and beetroot, resting on a creamy lime and avocado purée. It’s light, bright, and bursting with summer flavors.
If you’re in the mood for dessert with a side of nostalgia, head to Salt & Straw for their new La Tropical’s La Original Lager with Guava ice cream. This unique scoop blends honey and guava flan flavors with Miami’s historic La Tropical Lager, offering a rich, tropical profile that is both decadent and refreshing.

Over at Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Company, coffee lovers will want to try the new Buzzin’ Honey Latte. This sweet, comforting drink combines espresso with milk, honey, and vanilla syrup, then tops it all off with whipped cream and crushed honey graham cracker crumbs. It’s non-alcoholic and ideal for sipping while strolling through Disney Springs.
Returning Favorites Worth Revisiting
The Flavors of Florida event wouldn’t be complete without the return of some fan favorites. Jaleo by José Andrés brings back its beloved Agua de Valencia, a bright, bubbly cocktail made with freshly squeezed Florida orange juice, vodka, gin, and Spanish Cava. It’s a sunshine-filled sipper that feels just right for a warm evening.
Tea fans can cool down with two returning favorites from The Spice & Tea Exchange:
-
The Florida Sunshine White Tea blends floral and citrus notes with a subtle caffeine kick, and it can be served hot or iced.
-
The Blood Orange Smoothie Herbal Tea, a caffeine-free option with creamy vanilla and sweet orange flavors—it’s basically summer in a cup.

And of course, no Flavors of Florida lineup would be complete without something from Swirls on the Water. The ever-popular Orange Bird Cone is back, featuring DOLE Whip Orange in a vibrant orange cone, topped with sprinkles and a chocolate Orange Bird topper. Also returning is the Key Lime Sundae, a tart and tangy treat made with DOLE Whip Lime, whipped cream, and a lime garnish, all nestled in a waffle bowl.
A Quick Note on Events
While the menu is definitely the main attraction, a few special events will also be taking place during the festival. Complimentary cooking demos, hosted by Kroger Delivery, will be held on select Fridays beginning June 27, showcasing some of the chefs behind the event’s featured dishes.
Additionally, food and drink pairing experiences return this year, including hands-on classes like cocktail making at The Edison or paella crafting at Jaleo. These events require registration, and spots tend to go fast, so be sure to sign up early if you’re interested.

Your Summer Starts Here
With a bigger and more diverse menu than ever, the 2025 Flavors of Florida at Disney Springs is shaping up to be a must-do for summer visitors. Whether you’re sipping citrusy cocktails, indulging in sweet scoops, or sampling local seafood, this seasonal celebration is full of reasons to return again (and again) before August 10.
