Family Says Goodbye to Disney World After Grown Man Knocks Over Their Child

A family expressed immense frustration after a grown man knocked over their child to cut in line and questioned ever returning to Disney World.

The Walt Disney World Resort is known to be one of the best places in the world for a Disney vacation. From incredible attractions like Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain in Magic Kingdom Park to wonderful lands like Pandora in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, there’s a lot to love!

However, things can go awry at the Disney Park, and recently, one incident left a family ready to say goodbye to Disney World once and for all.

Guest Shares Shocking Behavior from Adults at Disney World

Recently, a Disney guest took to Reddit to share some inappropriate behavior from fellow parkgoers at the Central Florida Disney resort. u/bettyford420 asked, “Whats up with the line cutting and adults pushing kids to get to the seating areas?

The guest explained in the body of their post, “At WDW right now and the amount of people line cutting is insane!!… Also, some of the adults are ruining the experience for the kids trying to be first. We were waiting for the Country Bear Jamboree and a grown ass man knocked my child over to get to the seating area when the doors opened.”

The guest even went so far as to say this trip to Disney World might be their last since this behavior kept getting worse and worse.

Guests in the comments were largely sympathetic to the OP but also took the time to point out that this kind of behavior wasn’t unique to Disney World and was, in fact, seen in grocery stores, malls, airports, and so on.

However, a few guests took the opportunity to share their reflections on this behavior at Disney in particular. One commented, “…entitlement has only gotten worse as Disney gets more expensive. Some people think because “they paid a lot of money” their experience is more important than everyone else’s. Plus I think people have just become more self centered and rude as a whole.”

Another agreed, adding, “Parents let their kids run wild, people butt in where ever they want, are rude to workers, just poor behavior all around. I’m not saying it’s everyone but it’s definitely worse than I’ve seen in the past.”

It’s important to note that this kind of behavior at the parks is completely unacceptable. It’s incredibly important to be courteous and kind to all guests who come to any Disney park so that everyone can have the Disney experience they came for.
