8. A princess must attend training.
Once a young lady has been hired to play the part of a Disney princess, she will attend mandatory training provided by Disney. That training takes place over approximately five days and includes vocal training with a dialect coach who will teach her to speak with accents and mimic the voices of the princesses. She will also learn about Disney’s expectations for her as a princess in the parks. She will learn the universal way of applying make-up for the specific princess she is portraying so that different young ladies who play the role of the same princess have a continuity to their look.
