9. A princess must audition.
When a young lady is pursuing the role of Disney princess in the parks, an audition is always part of the interviewing and hiring process. Disney takes very seriously the role of its characters, whether they are “fur” characters who wear full costumes or “face” characters like princesses. Because of this, the candidate for the role of princess will need to be able to set herself apart from others during her audition, especially as it pertains to her ability in portraying one or more Disney princesses. Disney prides itself in offering unmatched customer service and world-class entertainment, and for this reason, Disney requires candidates to attend auditions, some of which are very intense, but none of which are optional.
