10. A princess must first apply.
The hiring and interviewing process for the role of Disney princess begins the same way as it would for any other job outside of Disney—with an application. A hopeful candidate for the role of Disney princess must submit an application to Disney’s Casting department to begin the potential employment process. After she submits an application, she will wait for a call back from Casting for an interview. Often, the first interview is conducted over the phone. If she is called for a second interview, it may take place over the phone or in person, at the Casting department’s discretion.
