No Meat? No Problem! Plant-Based Magic at EPCOT Food & Wine Festival 2025

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is one of the best opportunities to move beyond “typical park food” and discover flavors from around the world. Running August 28 through November 22, 2025, this global celebration fills the park with unique bites, drinks, and inventive combinations that make World Showcase feel like a giant gourmet marketplace.

The festival is the ultimate playground for plant-based food lovers, including vegans, vegetarians, and anyone who just enjoys great flavor.

Whether you’re after savory, spicy, tangy, or sweet, this year’s menus feature an incredible lineup of festival-exclusive, fully plant-based dishes. Here are the ones we’re most excited to try:

Adobo Yuca Fries & Sea Salt-Malt Vinegar Fries – The Fry Basket (Near Test Track)

Crispy, golden yuca fries meet a creamy plant-based garlic-cilantro aïoli for a Latin-inspired bite. Or go classic with Sea Salt-Malt Vinegar Fries — tangy, salty, and perfectly crunchy.

IMPOSSIBLE Chicken Tenders – Brew-Wing Lab (Odyssey Building)

Tossed in tangy buffalo sauce and topped with plant-based ranch and plant-based blue cheese crumbles, these tenders deliver all the flavor and heat of classic wings with none of the meat.

The Brew-Wing Lab is known for bold, sometimes wild creations. While it’s not entirely plant-based, adventurous eaters might also try its famous Pickle Milkshake (Don’t forget to check with Cast Members for allergy info).

Potato and Pea Samosas – India (Near China Pavilion)

These flaky pastries are stuffed with spiced potatoes and peas, then paired with plant-based coriander-lime cream for a bright, zesty finish.

Moussaka – Greece (Between Japan and Morocco)

Layers of eggplant, potato, and savory IMPOSSIBLE beef come together in a comforting Mediterranean bake with rich, herby notes.

IMPOSSIBLE Spicy Sausage – Refreshment Outpost

A festival favorite, this zesty plant-based sausage comes loaded with peri peri peppers, onions, and a creamy plant-based peri peri aïoli on a sub roll — smoky, spicy, and satisfying.

Montreal-style Burger Slider – Flavors from Fire (Near Creations Shop)

Juicy IMPOSSIBLE beef topped with plant-based cheddar, sweet tomato jam, fresh bibb lettuce, and plant-based garlic aïoli — all tucked into a sesame seed bun. It’s hearty, savory, and big on flavor.

Plant-Based Falafel – Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside — these falafels pack warm spice and pair perfectly with the café’s vibrant flavors.

Cast Iron-Roasted Brussels Sprouts – Bramblewood Bites (Walkway between World Showcase & Imagination! Pavilion)

Brussels sprouts and root veggies are roasted to perfection, tossed with dried cranberries, spiced pumpkin seeds, and a tangy pumpkin seed vinaigrette — the perfect balance of earthy, tart, and nutty.

A Season of Plant-Based Possibilities

All of these dishes are exclusive to the festival, giving plant-based fans plenty of fresh flavors to enjoy. With the event running nearly three months, you’ll have time to sample every one of these bites — and maybe even explore other vegetarian-friendly items that, while not entirely plant-based, are still worth a taste.

Whether you’re sipping champagne trifle, digging into yuca fries, or savoring spicy sausage, these snacks prove that plant-based dining can be every bit as indulgent and satisfying as traditional fare.
