Disney World: Teacher Arrested for Indecent Exposure, Masturbating in Front of Families
A Florida schoolteacher has been arrested at Disney World after reportedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of children and vacationing families.
The Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando is the world’s most popular theme park, receiving tens of millions of Guests every year from around the world. Although visitors must frequently brave potentially deadly weather events, sudden shutdowns of Orlando International Airport, and even the threat of outbreaks of infectious diseases, the Park is still a haven for families looking to experience some of the magic of Disney.
The sheer number of Guests, unfortunately, means that Disney World also sees more than its share of disturbed individuals and injuries, which can often lead to arrests.

This latest incident involves Chris Allen-Black, a Douglas Anderson School of the Arts math teacher. Per First Coast News, Allen-Black was arrested after several women saw him exposing his genitals and masturbating through an open window at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. The arresting officer stated that the teacher was “exposing his sexual organs by masturbating in front of a window in public view of theirs including women, and children and families by the pool, which was considered vulgar, and indecent by the victims.”
One of the Disney Guests who witnessed Chris Allen-Black said “she felt uncomfortable,” while another said “she felt unsafe for any families or children that may be visiting Walt Disney World with their families.”
Five teachers at the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts have been accused of or arrested for misconduct with students in the past (per Action News Ajax), with attorney Chris Moser, who represents several former students, saying of the incident, “The fact that another teacher reported it because children are nearby is just ironic and sad, and frustrating. I don’t really think we’ve made the progress that we should have made.”

Chris Allen-Black has been re-assigned to “duties without student contact” pending an internal school investigation. Douglas Anderson School Principal Tina Wilson released a statement to parents, stating:
Dear Douglas Anderson families,
Unfortunately, I am writing to share with you very disappointing news regarding one of your children’s teachers.
Our school district received notification that Mr. Allen-Black, who taught your child’s algebra class, was arrested by the Orange County Sherriff’s Office on a misdemeanor charge of exposure of sexual organs. While the presumption of innocence applies, we have reassigned this teacher to duties without student contact while the district’s office of professional standards conducts an investigation into the matter.
Please know that your child’s academic well-being is our top priority, and we have put an instructional transition plan in place to ensure there is no disruption to student learning.
Again, this is very disappointing news. I always want to keep you informed, and most important, we want to ensure the proper educational support is in place for students.

Allen-Black was charged with indecent exposure for the Disney World incident and released on a $2,500 bond.
