Disney Bus Crash Leaves Guests Stunned But Unharmed

Walt Disney World is known for its magic, but one group of guests had a pretty unexpected twist added to their day. While heading to EPCOT, an Uber driver ended up colliding with a Disney bus—right there on property. No one was hurt, but for everyone involved, it turned out to be one wild morning.

The incident was captured and shared by a park guest on TikTok, showing the aftermath of the collision. The Uber appeared to have taken quite a hit, and the Disney bus came to a stop as Cast Members and guests tried to make sense of what had just happened. According to the guest who shared the video, the most magical part wasn’t what caused the accident—it was what happened next.

@friendlikemelodyy No one was hurt!!! But this was definitely one of the craziest things I’ve witnessed on property. Our bus “rescued” the people in the Uber and on the other bus #disneytiktok #wdw #disneytrip ♬ sad SpongeBob music – michael

Another Disney bus showed up and, without missing a beat, transported the guests who had been in both vehicles. That quick response kept everyone calm and helped the day get back on track. Even in the middle of something like a traffic collision, Disney found a way to sprinkle in a little pixie dust.

The roads around Disney World can get hectic. Between resort buses, rideshares, personal vehicles, delivery trucks, and the occasional confused tourist, it’s a lot to manage. Even seasoned Uber drivers can get turned around. And around the entrance to EPCOT—especially in the mornings or after fireworks—it’s easy for traffic to stack up quickly.

This situation serves as a reminder that while Disney is pretty good at maintaining an organized flow of traffic, things can still happen. That’s why many guests are calling for a review of how rideshare traffic is handled. Suggestions include adding clearer signage for drop-off zones or even setting up dedicated lanes to keep things moving more smoothly.

What made this situation stand out wasn’t just the crash—it was how guests responded. People stayed calm, took care of one another, and even made light of the situation. One comment online joked that it was “the most exciting thing that happened all trip.” Another said their kids thought it was part of the experience—just another “ride” on the way to EPCOT.

It’s definitely not the kind of story you expect to bring home from a Disney vacation, but it’s one that’ll stick with everyone who was there. And for those of us watching from the outside, it’s just a good reminder to stay aware and flexible when navigating Disney property—because sometimes the unexpected happens, even in the most magical place on Earth.
