If you’ve ever met a McShea while working at Disneyland, you’ve probably had a moment of recognition, because this family is basically Disneyland royalty.
With seven (yes, seven!) current family members working across the resort and a legacy that dates back to 1979, the McSheas are a true Disney family.
Meet the McSheas: A True Disneyland Family
It all started with Morgan McShea’s grandfather, a carpenter before moving into management. Her mom, Pam, joined in the ’80s as an attractions host in Tomorrowland, where she met Morgan’s dad, Scott, a Disneyland electrician at the time.
Even Scott’s brothers, Jeff and Glen, were part of the Disney cast. And that tradition didn’t stop there. Morgan joined in 2017 as an attractions host at the Haunted Mansion, followed by her twin siblings and a cousin, who all found their own roles at the resort.
So yeah, the McSheas don’t just work at Disneyland, they help build the magic that guests experience daily.
The Sweetest Surprise
Recently, Morgan decided to do something incredibly special for her mom; something that celebrated both their family’s Disney roots and the amazing support Pam has always given her. Pam thought they were heading to Disneyland for just a casual day in the park, spending time together and soaking in some magic like they’d done so many times before.
But Morgan had a surprise up her sleeve.

What Pam didn’t know was that Morgan had teamed up with several cast members and Disney teams to create the ultimate family moment. Hidden cameras were in place.
Nearly the entire McShea crew was involved. And at just the right time, high above Tomorrowland, where Pam and Scott first met, Pam was presented with a beautiful, framed photo of the entire family in the park she loves so much.
