Brand-New Disney World Stitch Experience Opening This Week at Magic Kingdom
Stitch fans, this is your moment. Disney just announced a brand-new Stitch experience coming to Magic Kingdom this month, and it’s called Stitchmas! Yes, with the exclamation point. Because of course.
Stitchmas! is a holiday dance party hosted by Lilo and Stitch, and it’s happening during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party starting this Sunday, November 8. So if you’ve got a party ticket, get ready to dance with everyone’s favorite blue alien.
Stitch Is Basically a Superstar Now
Let’s be honest, Stitch has taken over. Walk into Tomorrowland on any given day, and you’ll see people hoping to spot him. There are Stitch ears, Stitch spirit jerseys, Stitch plush, Stitch everything. His fan base just keeps growing, and Disney is clearly paying attention.
And now he’s got his very own Christmas party. Love that for him.
So What Is Stitchmas!?
Here’s how Disney describes it: “Celebrate Stitchmas! at an out-of-this-world holiday party. Dance, sing, and play along as Lilo and Stitch reminisce with some of their closest friends about holidays on the island. Make merry memories together as you rock around the tinsel tree!”
So basically, it’s a dance party with an island holiday twist. Think Christmas, but make it Hawaiian. Honestly? Sounds amazing.
It’s open to guests of all ages, and the only thing you need to get in is your party ticket. No extra fees on top of that.
Who Else Is Coming?
Disney says Lilo and Stitch will be joined by some of their closest friends, but they haven’t said who yet. Our guess? Angel. She danced with them at the Halloween party this year, so it’d make sense for her to show up again. But we’ll have to wait until opening night to find out for sure.
Where to Find the Party
Stitchmas! is happening inside Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café in Tomorrowland on select party nights from November 8 through December 22.
Showtimes aren’t available in the My Disney Experience app yet. But last year, Disney Jr. Jingle Jam took over the same spot for the whole party, from 7:00 PM all the way to midnight. So there’s a good chance Stitchmas! could run all night too.
Bonus: it’s indoors. So when your feet need a break from all the walking and parade-watching, you can duck inside, dance with Stitch, and cool off.
Goodbye, Jingle Jam
If you went to the party last year with little ones, you probably remember Disney Jr. Jingle Jam in Cosmic Ray’s. Before that, the spot used to host Club Tinsel, a DJ dance party, which moved to the Rockettower Plaza Stage last year.
This year, Jingle Jam isn’t on Disney’s party list. So it looks like Stitch is officially the main dance party for the kiddos this season.
Stitch Has Been Busy This Year
This is actually Stitch’s second party debut of 2026. Back in the spring, Disney announced A Masquerade with Stitch for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
That one took place at the Rockettower Plaza Stage, and Stitch kept switching up his look every time he pulled something new out of Lilo’s Costume Trunk. Lilo and Angel joined him on stage, and it was adorable.
Now, Stitch has dance parties at both of Magic Kingdom’s big hard-ticket events this year. That’s a pretty big deal for the little blue guy.
The Catch: Tickets
Here’s the hard part. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets are $189 to $229 plus tax, depending on the night. And as of the latest check, 16 of the 25 party nights were already sold out. Yikes.
So if Stitchmas! is calling your name, you’re going to want to check ticket availability, like, now.

Check the app on party night for show times. Head to Cosmic Ray’s in Tomorrowland. Bring your best dance moves. And use it as a cozy break between the parade and the fireworks.
