Disney Releases Full-Length Zootopia 2 Trailer—Here’s What We Learned
Today, Disney dropped a brand-new trailer for Zootopia 2, and let’s just say—Mickey was feeling generous. Clocking in at 2 minutes and 21 seconds, this trailer gives us our best look yet at what Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde have been up to—and it’s as fast-paced, funny, and full of animal antics as fans could hope for.
The highly anticipated sequel is set to hit theaters this November, and from the looks of it, the wait will be well worth it.

A Trailer Packed With Familiar Faces, New Laughs, and Total Chaos
This time around, we dive headfirst into more of the comedic chemistry that made the first film such a hit. Judy and Nick are back, and their idea of teamwork is… let’s say, evolving. Instead of smoothly solving crimes, we see them getting into more trouble than preventing it.
One standout moment from the trailer? Mr. Big is back—and this time, it’s his granddaughter who’s taking charge, clearly following in his tiny (but powerful) footsteps. In a hilarious twist, she demands that Nick kiss her ring… which just so happens to be a giant red Ring Pop. It’s a perfect mix of adorable, ridiculous, and absolutely Zootopia.
Throughout the trailer, we see our duo crashing therapy sessions, stirring up chaos, and even going undercover—badly. But let’s be honest, even when it looks like a mess, Judy and Nick always find a way to get the job done.
The Plot: A Snake Named Gary and a Reptile-Fueled Mystery
Beneath all the comedy, Zootopia 2 is setting up a brand-new adventure. After getting called out by a delightfully observant therapy counselor named Dr. Fuzzby during a “Partners in Crisis” session, Judy and Nick are assigned their next mission: track down Gary, a suspicious and smooth-talking snake voiced by Ke Huy Quan.
Gary appears to be linked to a bigger mystery involving a mysterious reptile newcomer stirring things up across Zootopia. To solve the case, Judy and Nick will have to go deep undercover—into strange new neighborhoods we’ve never seen before. Expect everything from neon-lit lizard lounges to dusty desert corners of the city.
The returning voice cast includes Jason Bateman as Nick Wilde, Ginnifer Goodwin as Judy Hopps, and Shakira as Gazelle. Alongside them, new characters bring fresh energy to the franchise, while fan favorites like Flash, Clawhauser, and Mr. Big pop in for some much-needed chaos.

All the Fun, All Over Again
From oversized candy rings to questionable team-building exercises, the Zootopia 2 trailer promises a film that’s bigger, bolder, and even more chaotic than the original. With its mix of heart, humor, and high-stakes hijinks, this sequel looks ready to deliver everything fans love—and then some.
November can’t come soon enough.
