15. A poncho
In continuing the talk about Florida weather and how unpredictable it may be, keep in mind that you never know just when a shower might decide to move in—even if it’s just in passing. For this reason I always keep a lightweight, compacted poncho on hand. Ponchos, you may find, also come in handy if you suddenly find yourself in line for one of Disney’s wetter rides, like Splash Mountain in Magic Kingdom or Kali River Rapids in Animal Kingdom.
