10. Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover
This line typically doesn’t involve much waiting, but both the ride and the queue are completely in the shade, giving you some relief on a hot summer day! Plus, this is a great ride to escape the heat and give your legs a rest, especially with all the walking that’s done in the Magic Kingdom.
11. Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
We’ve reached our first indoor queue! If you’re looking to get out of the heat and the sun entirely, this is one stop you’ll want to make. Head into the Star Command Headquarters and make your way closer to the loading area. While in the queue, be sure to check out the Buzz Lightyear animatronic as you prepare for your mission.
12. Space Mountain
If you’re looking to be inside with air conditioning, head to Space Mountain in Tomorrowland! This is another popular ride, so lines tend to get long, which may not be so bad on a toasty day. Featuring some interactive games and fun space-themed elements, this ride queue is a great place to be to escape the Florida heat!
13. Pirates of the Caribbean
Another indoor ride and indoor queue is Pirates of the Caribbean in Adventureland! Check out the cool theming (and cool temperatures) as you make your way to your boat. This queue also gets fairly dark, which can help cool things down a bit more. Just watch your step and keep the line moving! This is an indoor boat ride, so being on the water will certainly keep you cool during your journey!
Even on the hottest days, Walt Disney World likes to make sure all guests are comfortable and cool while enjoying their time in the parks. If you’re looking for some relief, check out these rides, or some of the shows and other attractions throughout the park to keep cool while having fun!
