8. Go on a Safari
No visit to Animal Kingdom is complete without a ride on Kilimanjaro Safaris. It takes you on an open-air vehicle expedition through the Harambe Wildlife Preserve, replete with all sorts of animals — okapi, giraffes, rhinos, flamingos, gazelle, hippos, warthogs, zebras, elephants, crocodiles, and even lions.
The best part about this safari adventure is that no ride is exactly the same. Each driver/guide you get offers a different set of trivia about the wildlife on the reserve, and free-roaming animals will occasionally cross the path of your vehicle! (Be sure to keep your camera at the ready for such close-up moments).
