Most guests will drive through the iconic Magic Kingdom parking/ticket booth and arrive at the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC). Guests must then consider transportation via the most popular Disney monorail or the ferry system. Both have benefits and can have varying wait times, but these are not the only options. Generally, the lines for both the ferry and the “Magic Kingdom” express monorail are pretty long very early in the day. Just off to the left is the “Resort Monorail” which makes stops at each hotel but also runs through the Magic Kingdom and has a significantly smaller line. Careful analysis could prove that method to be fastest. But Disney is always improving their transportation system and adding new options like their ‘Uberesque’ Minnie-Van system that will pick up a family of 6 and drops off right at the gate.
