10 Best Places to Eat Breakfast at Walt Disney World

Chef Mickey Buffet

8. Chef Mickey’s

While not hailed for ground-breaking breakfast (or food in general), The Contemporary Resort’s Chef Mickey’s restaurant does have several things working in its favor. First of all, its location within the grand concourse of the hotel has a certain je ne c’est quoi. Secondly, the photo ops with characters are exceptional. Not only do Mickey and his friends visit the diners, they all do so while wearing adorable cooking attire! The fun pictures on top of the ridiculously close location to the Magic Kingdom (it’s literally within walking distance), make Chef Mickey’s a top pick for many fans.

7. Whispering Canyon Café

This venue may not be on the monorail line, but the scenic Wilderness Lodge restaurant is just a short boat ride away! As soon as you walk into the majestic lobby, you will be steps from The Whispering Canyon Café. Known for stick-to-your-ribs goodies and hijinks from the wait staff, breakfast is no exception to these rules. Enjoy the corny jokes as you chow down on biscuits and gravy, sausage, and homemade flapjacks. If you have ever had the “All-You-Care-To-Enjoy” skillet at dinner or lunchtime, then you’re in luck! There is a breakfast version of this skillet that is (literally) overflowing with waffles, bacon, and anything else you may be craving. This breakfast will go above and beyond when it comes to satisfy cravings for hunger and “dad” jokes. Photo Credit: Disney
