3. Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe
Coming in at number 3 is the Old West-themed Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe in Frontierland. While it once served burgers and then had its menu revamped to Tex-Mex offerings, Pecos Bill’s seems to have reached a happy medium and now serves both. The fajitas, burritos, nachos, and tacos have been joined by a southwest burger and a taco burger. Chips and queso, assorted rice bowls, and southwest salads are also offered. And where will you customize that main course? At the complimentary toppings bar, of course! Top that entrée with shredded cheese, pico de gallo, peppers, onions, guacamole, corn salsa, tomatoes, salsa verde, and sour cream, among other items. Be sure to order some churros with chocolate dipping sauce for dessert, and grab a souvenir Country Bears jug with your beverage order.
