1. The Edison at Disney Springs
Announced in 2015, The Edison is slated to open next spring at Disney Springs. This particular restaurant will be in keeping with the sophisticated ambiance Disney Springs has created thus far. This restaurant/bar combination is unlike any other venue at Disney Springs, with a unique theming dedicated to the 1920’s. Those who crave a taste of the ‘20’s will be satisfied with the variety of themed areas within the space as you enjoy American food, cleverly crafted cocktails and high caliber entertainment. The nightly entertainment is set to include contortionists, palm readers, DJs and more. Though this restaurant was supposed to open this year, we’re hoping that the opening date being pushed back means it’ll be worth the wait!  Photo credit Disney
