20. Ride the Walt Disney World Railroad
Walt Disney had a lifelong love and interest for railroads and locomotives, so it should come as no surprise to learn that guests visiting Magic Kingdom Park have the chance to ride aboard an authentic steam-powered train. The train loop spans a grand 1.5 miles of track, passing by all the different lands within the Park, noting various attractions and other points of interest along the way. The total ride from start to finish is about 20 minutes, but guests may choose to disembark at various station stops throughout the voyage (three in all—Frontierland, Fantasyland, and Main Street, U.S.A). Riding the rails at Disney World can be enjoyed both as an attraction in itself or as a convenient mode of travel from one place to another.
