13. Discover Dolphins in Depth
There is another way to have a wet and wild immersive experience in Epcot that doesn’t require SCUBA-certification. It’s Dolphins in Depth—a three-hour dolphin encounter reserved for small groups of eight or less at a time. For this venture guests aged 13 and older will be led behind the scenes to view, up close and personal, the various methods in which Epcot’s resident dolphins are trained. You will learn the day-to-day operations for how these intelligent creatures are cared for and even discover current global issues and concerns affecting ocean life, what is being done, and how you can help too. This experience also leads guests into the depths of the waters, but in this case the plunge is only waist-deep. Again, all gear is provided.
