15. Dumbo the Flying Elephant (Magic Kingdom)
This gentle ride seats two and can be enjoyed up high in the air or lower to the ground; you control that with a lever inside the elephant in which you’re riding. It is not in an enclosed area, which is a plus. There is also an indoor playground as part of the queue.
