10. Junk Food Overload
Man cannot live on bread alone…. Or Mickey Premium Ice Cream bars. While it is tempting to pig out on your favorite sweets, you are also going to need protein to survive those marathon park days. Consider packing healthy snacks, or even having fresh groceries delivered to your hotel room. (Personally, I try to make healthier choices for 2/3 meals each day, while also treating myself to a daily dessert. I find that this is the ideal balance between nourishing myself and still enjoying guilty-pleasure treats.) Otherwise, you may find yourself feeling more nauseated, than satisfied.
