Guests are allowed and encouraged to take as many pictures and videos as they desire, but only for personal use, not commercial. On the other hand, your entrance into the parks allows Disney to use your picture, with no compensation to you. Put on your best smile! *This does NOT include Photopass/Memory Maker photos. Those belong to you, since you purchased them.
