1. Research

Our first tip when planning a Walt Disney World trip is to research. Read blogs (How to Disney is a great place), watch vlogs, and listen to podcasts. Doing this will allow you to get reviews of Resorts, dining, and rides and stay up-to-date on what is happening in Disney.

By taking time to learn about Walt Disney World, you will be able to make the best decisions for your family. It will also allow you to adjust your plans at Walt Disney World. The more you know, the more comfortable you will be during your vacation.

Walt Disney World has so much to offer Guests. From four Disney Parks, two water parks, numerous Disney Resorts, and don’t forget about Disney Parks, there is much to learn about. Take time before your trip to be ready to roll when you arrive.

2. Book at Disney Resort

When getting ready for your Walt Disney World trip in 2024, we highly recommend staying at one of Disney’s amazing Resorts. Walt Disney World offers Resorts for all budgets, travel sizes, and needed amenities.

Guests staying at a Disney Resort can enjoy an extra half hour each morning at any of the Disney Parks. Those who stay at one of the Deluxe Disney Resorts can also experience extended evening hours at specific Disney Parks. These two perks are just a few reasons why staying at a Disney Resort is fantastic.

Those staying at a Disney Resort during their Walt Disney World also have free transportation. This is a huge convenience when traveling around the vast Walt Disney World Resort Property. Disney buses, boats, monorails, skyliner, or ferries can make your trip much less stressful as you can sit back and enjoy the ride.

By staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can also stay within the magic bubble. You will experience Disney customer service and magic throughout your whole trip.

3. Dig Into My Disney Experience

Even though your trip isn’t until 2024, go ahead and download the My Disney Experience app and create your account. Through this app, you can stay connected to the magic. The app is where you will book your dining, see wait times, find characters, and more.

By downloading the app before your trip, you will be able to get familiar with this essential tool before your trip. The app is beneficial; however, it can also be overwhelming. Don’t wait until before your trip to learn how the app works. Get on it now to be comfortable with all it offers before arriving in 2024.

4. Advanced Dining Reservations

A big tip for your 2024 Disney vacation is knowing when to make your advanced dining reservations. Dining reservations open 60 days before your check-in day. Even if planning what you want to eat two months early is silly, many popular Disney restaurants book that early.

Locations such as Cinderella’s Royal Table, Space 220, Topolino’s Terrace, and Chef Mickey’s are so popular that they book quickly. You must ensure your ADR date is marked on your calendar to dine at these locations. It opens at 6 a.m. EST, so you must set your alarm.

Take a look at the different dining options Disney offers Guests. Doing this early on will allow you to find great restaurants for your family.

This is a fantastic way to capture those moments throughout Disney Parks throughout your vacation. It also makes it extremely easy to get everyone in the picture together. We love Memory Maker and think you will as well.
