8. Udon Noodles in World Showcase’s Japan
My first experience with Udon noodles was in the Japanese pavilion at Epcot, and I have found them difficult to pass up since that trip. These long, hearty noodles are served in a flavored broth with tiny shavings of the meat or seafood of your choice in them. I love the beef Udon noodle bowl and love to enjoy them in the garden seating outside the restaurant.
